Taiwan
JINS
Checkout time cut from 2 minutes to 10 seconds
The problem
Every sale had to reach a server in Japan with a huge product file. Busy weekends could take 5 minutes per sale.
What Citrus did
Moved stores to Citrus POS and back office, slimmed the product file with differential sync, and linked Japan's inventory system.
The result
10 seconds on weekdays and weekends alike. Unstable networks no longer block checkout. Cross-store lookup and warranty handling.
